Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016
To support the internal and external communication processes, the communication department of the University of Antwerp has been using Microsoft Dynamics CRM for some time. Due to years of use, anomalies had crept into the CRM-application. There was clearly a need to upgrade to the latest version and intelligently restructure the data model.
Net IT took care of the upgrade to a recent Microsoft Dynamics CRM version and a more efficient build-up of the CRM package. With the new CRM environment, the university can efficiently manage its extensive contact database of more than 65,000 contacts. Changes to the source files are now automatically adjusted in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and manual adjustments are a thing of the past. The communications department can now also quickly create dynamic and reliable marketing lists, without having to rely on the IT department.
The next phase in the CRM project will be the decentralized access to the CRM package. The intention is that the nine faculties will also use CRM autonomously and use it for their external communication.
Thanks to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the communication department of the University of Antwerp can efficiently manage its address files and draw up reliable marketing lists.
