In 2020 I started as a .NET Developer and I develop applications for customers on top of Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Office 365, Azure).
Every project brings unique technological challenges, which is exactly what I look for in my job. I like to learn and Net IT offers support to develop yourself, follow training courses and obtain Microsoft certificates.
I have already heard many nice stories about the Net IT teambuildings, but because of corona I have not yet experienced a reallife teambuilding myself. Recently there was the famous Net IT quiz online, and the accompanying jokes and anecdotes are already making me look forward to more 😊.
If I may give a tip to anyone who is thinking about applying for a job at Net IT: go for it! Show your curiosity and dare to be critical. Good luck!
I am working daily on streamlining processes, from sales to delivery of the CRM project. As Head Project Manager, I coach and coach Net IT’s Project Managers team to tackle every project with the utmost care. I work at Net IT since 2010 and every day I still work full-time. At Net IT I get the chance to do what I am good at doing. Here you are a person and not a function. We listen to your ambitions and look at your talents. With a smile I think back to the mini parties in the car, on the way back from a customer visit. After a successful demo or positive steering, I sometimes dare to let off steam with colleagues and euphorically roar with (bad) music. We always strive for happy customers and so many mini-parties in the car.
After 4 years as a .Net developer, I wanted a career switch. Net IT listened to my wishes and gave me the opportunity to also do business and functional analysis with customers. I immediately had a taste for it. I really enjoy working independently and directly with clients. It is extremely interesting to listen to the needs of the customer and to translate them into an optimal business process. If I can give an advice to someone who is considering applying for a job at Net IT: just do it! Net IT is a very good employer where it is interesting to work. Due to the wide variety of customers and technology, your job will never get boring. The working atmosphere is also great! By working hard together and also having fun together, we achieve great results.
As a Service Desk Support Engineer I support Net IT customers with questions and problems about their CRM environment. I find the variety in cases extremely fascinating. Every problem is different, has a different cause and is situated in a completely different area. Solving a problem as efficiently as possible and making customers happy gives me great satisfaction. At Net IT, respect for customers is paramount. The positive atmosphere among colleagues contributes a lot to this. When you ask a colleague something, time is always made to give a correct answer so that you can continue. If there is a problem, we will work together to find a solution that is best for the customer. This is certainly not the case in every company.
Nice memories are the various obstacle runs that we already did as a team building. Crawling through the mud with your bosses and colleagues, who can say that? Teambuildings are also organized with the whole family and those are always events to look forward to!
